In the BI360 Architecture, you will see the different modules for budgeting, reporting, dashboard analysis, and data warehouse. Acumatica is the key source of the ERP system. There are two types of integrations from Acumatica. The first is the Reporting component, which goes directly to the Acumatica database, and the same applies to the Dashboard, which is real time.
The system works both in the cloud and installed at your business. If you do not have Acumatica installed but it is in the cloud, you can use the Acumatica API and bring all that data directly into BI360 that can be installed or hosted in another cloud.

BI360 gives you the option to tag all your frequently used reports as “Favorites.” Each report will appear on your screen representing each report. When you see your report, you simply click and the report will open up on your screen. You can either work directly from your Excel files to access the data and select line items where you wish to drill down for further analysis.

The BI360 gives staff real-time access to reports and through email can discuss the results in real time. The Sales Manager may want to know if sales increased over the same period as last year. The Controller may want to learn if revenue is trending up or down for the last 12 months. The Marketing Manager wants to know if they have exceeded the current month’s budget.
Staff can discuss the month’s report by sending out email reports on their department’s results. Any staff member can email a manager directly regarding the results and in turn, that manager can respond with the information requested. The conversation can be saved and reviewed later if required.
